Yee-haw. I'm back! A few shout-outs...

Marshall women's volleyball rockin the world... Seriously now people -- Huntington, West Virginia is THE hidden gem of the United States.

Michigan State women's volleyball surprising all the nay-sayers. And...wow...can we hear hotties?

Marley, you rock. And, uh, Mike...nice pose.

Billie is tearin it up, workin it out, rockin it...I don't know...sideways? No, I didn't say horizontally...or at least not that I know of.

And me? Just finished 13 shifts in 14 days at good ole Bucas. Wow. I'm tired. The three other servers that were on vacation are back and I'm thinking about taking some time off to...oh, I dont' know...check into a hermitage. Sounds pretty good.

Good times. Good times.

Amen!
A few things about Huntington that only people who have visited would know...

First of all... take yourself back at least 10 years from today... now you might be a bit premature but pretty close to the timescale that this town is on...

i.e. "Trivia Night" at the bar is not what you think... not the electronic, controlled version that BW3 and other sports bars utilize... it is actually trivia. This means writing down answers on slips of paper and handing them in to get points.

Are Keds loafers still in style?

How about perms???

And a few things you should know when visiting....

-3rd Avenue is actually also named "Herd" Avenue - that is not a type-o

-The mascott is the Thundering Herd... not a billy goat

-Though the businesses in downtown close somewhere close to 5:00 PM, bars are open to 3:00 + ... where are our priorities?

-Here they are... 5$ gets you all you can drink on a Wednesday night... But if you flip over your license - you will be reminded... "Don't Drink and Drive!" Issues?? Naw!
